My bedroom

My bedroom is pretty original. It has random paintings on the wall, like the year my grandpa was born and died along with hand prints from friends and family. There is drawings of monkeys and hearts, signatures from my sisters friends and mine, and a couple of favorite sayings from my sister and I. Clothes are usually everywhere, mainly on the floor. I have two TVs in my room. One that sits on a cute little glass TV stand, and another that sits on a huge entertainment center. The one that sits on the glass stand doesn't work, therefore there are always DVDs around it. The TV that works stands in front of my queen size bed. My bed lays right by the window, and the dresser is right by the bed. By the dresser is a coffee table with a body mirror standing on it, and by the table is an old shelf that looks like it was handmade. There are pictures of all my friends and family throughout the walls along with drawings.

Journal

I live around gangs. They are everywhere.More than half of my friends are in gangs, and they're all different to. I honestly don't get why gangs are even around. I saw an old friend I hadn't seen in awhile, I went to shake his hand but he didn't have any. He said they got chopped off...he had some "friends" that wanted him to join they're gang. He said no and they chopped off his fingers and jumped him because they thought he would rat them out or something. He was even a good student in school and from what I knew drug free. I think gangs are going to ruin this country. The more gangs, the more hate. My advice to anyone that is in a gang, get out of it while you can and just grow up and learn to live a real life. I manage just fine not being in a gang, and my friends are all equal when they step in my house. I think if gang members can manage that than they can manage not being in one. In order to be a true friend you shouldn't have to be in a gang...just be a true friend. If you like fighting so much than get into boxing or ufc fighting or something.

Touching Spirit Bear book report

Touching Spirit Bear is about a guy named Cole who made a lot of mistakes in his past. Pretty soon he ended up smashing a boy named Peters face into the cement and nearly killing him. He had the option to rather go to prison or on an island of isolation for one year and he chose the island. First time going there he experienced a near death situation with a bear and for once he was scared.


I think this book was pretty awesome. He goes from this head strong nobody can tell me what to do attitude, to almost literally forcing himself to change his thinking, actions and feelings. As a fifteen year old kid with his kind of past its hard to just change like that.He did it though. Peter also eventually forgave him,as well as cole forgave himself.



I recommend this book to any young and angry teenager who is lost and stupid. It helps open your eyes and realize things that need to be learned.

Well if Cole totally changed his attitude and anger problem, than i would want to see him.Only to forgive him and and ask if he learned his lesson.Something like what Cole did to peter was to happen to me, I would just want to forgive him.It would be extremely hard but that's all you can really do in situations like that.Forgive..but never forget.

I think Ron could have had a better attitude about the situation he was in.He could have just been patient with them or ask to talk to the manager and ask the manager whats going on.If he got to impatient for that just hangup, rethink on what to say and call back.Let them know your tired of talking to them every month about it and you would like to just settle what needs to be settled...in a nice matter.

As I was studying my geography while sitting in the submarine, I realized that we hit a territory I did not recognize.

If there were one thing that I would keep if I had to give away everything I own, it would be my books. I would keep my books because they help me disappear into another world.I love to read and forget about all my problems for awhile. I also like to curl up with a blanket, I like to turn on some music, and like to read for hours. If I cant have all the other stuff I atleast would like to have is some books to read.

If I had to get rid of all my stuff and keep one item, I would keep my camera. My uncle passed it on to me for my sixteenth birthday. Its definitely an old fashioned one. It takes like ten minutes to put the whole thing together. The reason why I would keep it is because its been passed on from family member to family member. In my opinion its the one thing I can do that will help me escape the world and relax.

I went to get a pedicure along with a manicure at the nail salon, while talking to a psychic on the phone.

When it comes to blogging I haven't taken the time to do it, but I do know about it. I think it's a great way to voice your opinion and share ideas. Some people have a lot to say about many things but for some reason they don't know how to voice it. I think blogging will help me a lot with my typing, reading and to of course, voice my thoughts.
