Farm Wife
The farm wife I read about, wanted to be a teacher and loved to read. Her husband who does not read, does not agree with her reading as well. She got a teaching certificate and planned to go from there to be a teacher but ended up marrying a farmer. He would tell her that when she reads it is taking time away from them visiting together. She decided to limit her reading and try to just read when hes not around. Being a farm wife is an ongoing task, there is always something to do. Her and her husband were married for a few years till they had children. As soon as the children came in that just meant there were more things to do. She would begin her day at 4:30 by making food for the family and making sure things were neat before she would go outside to the garden to pick a few flowers to place in her hair. From there she had a quite busy schedule that would last till 9:00 and when that time hit she was reading while the children and her husband were in bed.

War.
To be honest I have not the slightest idea on the revolutionary war. What was it about? I can tell you it was about fighting and probably winning. When was it? My best guess is a long time ago. I know I've heard of it during middle school but I didn't attend long enough to pay attention or remember anything. Revolutionary sounds intense to me so I'm guessing it was a big deal as well.

What I Would Like To See In Group
To be honest... I'm not the kind of person that likes to plan or know whats ahead of me. I rather just go with the flow and expect the unexpected. If I know whats going on than it's not going to be interesting to me. So for class and group I'm just fine with the way it is. If I was to choose on what I would like to learn about in class/group, it would be anything that is not boring or sad like, when it comes to reading I much rather read about something exciting and would keep me interested.

This I believe
I strongly believe that love truly is something you can live without, but can't be honestly happy without it either. Love a is very strong and powerful feeling. The way I see it, you can't always live with it and you can't always live without it, so in my best words it's just confusing. I do believe everybody is different though.
I know a couple who is a good example. The guy is almost forty years old and is married. He had one child with his wife, has four kids total, and is living as the homeless. They decided together they only wanted to focus on themselves and live how they want right now and are very happy with that. This man has risked everything he has ever had going for him for a young woman who could be my sister. All because he loves her and has definitely proven that.
My mother is almost forty years old with four kids as well and has never been married. She told me she doesn't ever see herself getting married and she is more than OK with that.
A lot of people do really crazy things for love. I've known an older woman who was married to her husband for over forty years. Her husband passed away and she got a boyfriend a year later. That is what made her happy until this day though. In my personal opinion some people out there should learn to not care and go with what makes them happy as long as it's healthy.
Love can be sad, incredible, confusing, hard, easy or just down right not important to some, but it's there and always will be. I believe love is the best way to happiness. It doesn't have to just be in a spouse, it can be with family, friends, or even a stranger in need of help. I believe love will always be around.

Summer
Summer, in my opinion, is the best time of the year. Winter is depressing, fall is pretty and boring, spring is nice but that's when all the allergies kick in. Summer is the time where you can bar-b-q while in a bathing suit, go to the beautiful beach and enjoy the ocean, go swimming twelve o'clock at night with friends, and don't forget the best of all... camping for more than one night! Haha, and it's the skirt, shorts, and dresses weather. Summer can get old pretty fast as soon as it gets to hot so good thing it's not year round.

Freedom
I strongly believe freedom is a privilege. You can go to any other country and find very harsh beliefs and people who can do just about anything to you. I don't know a whole lot about other countries, but I do know that what we have, is by far a privilege. Yes, we have restrictions as children, young adults, and adults, but we can choose to go to school and work, choose who we want to marry, etc. In order to drive you either have to finish your education or wait till you are eighteen. So we have many good things but we do have to earn most of it, and it can take a little work. I would label all this as a privilege.

Racism
I believe racism is definitely still around. I see it pretty much everywhere, and with people I know. Racism must be the new cool thing cause I have quite a mix of friends who pick on each other all the time about one another skin color. They are all cool with it too, they talk about it and have fun with it all the time. If I was ever in a situation where somebody was truly offended and another was being racist I would most likely step up and say something. Most people come to America or just live here, to be free and have more opportunities, not deal with people like that.
